2、建立客戶檔案，按定單定人追蹤落實客戶的每*項服務需求。
3、在生產備貨期間，接受客戶提出的進度、質量查詢及其他任何咨詢。
4、對每個閥門建立獨立系列號（I.D.NO ：）管制，在閥門的**周期內實行跟蹤服務。
5、為了客戶正確安裝和使用，將提供安裝操作使用說明書。
6、保證嚴格履行、兌現產品“三包”服務。客戶在正確的安裝和使用條件下，若產品出現質量問題，我司保證在*月內包換。售出產品**內包修。
7、對供貨、使用中出現的異常情況，不論何因，我司都將*積極解決或協助解決問題，以保證客戶的工期和正常使用。
8、對客戶提出的質量異議，我司保證在24小時內作出處理意見。若需現場解決，保證派人到場處理，并做到問題不解決服務人員不撤離。
